Class Descriptions Urology This clinic will cover proper "sterile field" set-up and insertion of urinary catheters. Sizes and types of catheters will be explained. Great detail will be placed on exploring and stretching the urethra through the use of sounds. The Practitioner will walk away with a working ability to treat and maintain both male and female urethras.
	Proctology A working knowledge of anal anatomy will be gained at this clinic as well as the proper tools and techniques for use of anal speculums, prostate examinations, electrical stimulation, anal stretching and other necessary procedures. You will learn the technique for those times when it may be necessary to reach inside the "patient's" anus.	Forced Fluids It is often necessary to force fluids for your "patient's" health,,,,,, and sometimes punishment. The administration of these procedures will include cleansing enemas, saline infusions, bladder irrigations, douches and the occasional forcing of fluids orally. Proper techniques, tools and safety will be discussed.
	Phlebotomy The budding phlebotomist will study sterile technique, suggested locations, proper choice of equipment and bedside manner for the drawing and/or releasing of blood. We shall also discuss what you can do with that blood once it has been released from the body. We will examine the medical phenomena of the condition of "vampirism" and the use of leeches.	Veterinary Medicine This is a general overview of a Veterinary check-up for those that possess small animals. You will learn to perform a thorough invasive examination of your puppy, kitty, piggie or other small furry creature with expertise in order to keep them healthy. Please be sure to have a collar, leash and muzzle for your pet.

Class Descriptions The Evil Gynecologic Exam Gynecology exams/pap smears are routinely not the favorite thing for women to have to go to see the doctor. The need to strip down, cold stirrups, vulnerable and uncomfortable position, a cold speculum, ... well, you get the idea. An "Evil Gynecologic Exam" involves all that and more: Shackles or rope bondage to the stirrups; medical instrumentation of the cervix with sounds/probes, tenaculums, sesame oil, etc; vaginal insertion of a variety of objects (ice cubes, needles, marbles, ginger root, etc); rectal insertion of a variety of objects (ice cubes, dildos, ginger root, etc). This may be followed by a medical history taking, i.e. interrogation. Suturing (See below.) the labia closed and having the "patient" ambulate about with a vagina full of sesame oil coated marbles, is always ... educational. Goals: The "doctors" will work on positioning the "patient" on the exam table and properly aligning the patient's feet in the stirrups, in a secure fashion. After safely inserting the speculum, doctors will appreciate basic gynecologic anatomy and learn to use their imagination as to what exactly may be then placed in the vagina/rectum. Follow-up may include the complete sexual history/interrogation; suturing the labia and having the patient ambulate about; and/or the overly invasive medical exam (See below), etc. Objectives: The doctors will learn to: 1. position the "patient" on the exam table and properly align the patient's feet in the stirrups. 2. secure the legs/feet in position. 3. safely insert a speculum and a variety of other useful "diagnostic tools." Materials: A partner with a vagina, a speculum for each doctor/patient; rope, shackles or wrist/ankle cuffs, water soluble lubricant, two ginger roots (vagina & rectum) for each doctor/patient, non-latex gloves. White medical coat optional.
	Bloodletting/finger painting Description: Ever want to fingerpaint but just didn't have any fingerpaint available? No worries! Your sub is full of a substance called blood, and this blood makes a wonderful substitute for fingerpaints. Goals: Students will work on locating veins, applying tournequettes, inserting needles in a sterile fashion, and safely withdrawing enough blood to fingerpaint their favorite sub. Objectives: Students will learn: 1. how to find veins on their play partner and how to properly insert an IV line to extract blood. 2. how to collect the blood is a safe fashion and how to stop the bleeding after safely removing the needle. 3. the joys of fingerpainting with blood. Materials: A partner with blood, alcohol swabs, rubber tounequettes, 25 guage butterfly needles, 2x2 or 4x4 cotton gauze, band aids, non-latex gloves.. White medical coat optional.	Suturing Description: Ever want to secure your sub or shut him up, using minimal effort and materials, in such a way that escape in nigh impossible? Then suturing may just be the answer for you! Goals: The "doctors" will examine their "patients" for best possible places to suture: arms to arms, arms to side, labia to labia, suturing the mouth shut, etc. Basic suturing technique will be taught and the doctors allowed to practice on their patients. Objectives: The doctors will learn: 1. proper suturing technique. 2. how to safely suture various parts of the human body. 3. how to safely remove sutures. Materials: A partner, 4-0 nylon suture, a suture driver, suture removal kits, alcohol wipes, 2x2 or 4x4 cotton gauze, bandaids, non-latex gloves. White medical coat optional.
	Eastern Acupressure meets Western Acupain Description: Visiting the acupuncturist/acupressure specialist is usually an eagerly anticipated event: help get rid of all those tense muscles and trigger points. Massaging/playing with pressure points is a great way to safely inflict varying amounts of pleasure/pain with minimal caloric expenditure. Participants will learn the basics of anatomy and meridian theory. Goals: The doctors will work on locating pressure points and applying appropriately directed pressure for pleasure or pain infliction. Additionally, the students will learn about finger, wrist and elbow joint locks in an attempt to give their "patient" a full treatment for their benefit. Objectives: The doctors will learn: 1. how to find pressure points on their play partner and how to apply appropriately directed pressure. 2. how to manipulate their partner's fingers, wrist and elbow in a safe fashion. 3. how to inflict varying amounts of pleasure/pain with minimal effort. Materials: A partner filled with tension. White medical coat optional.	The Overly Invasive Exam Description: Visitng the doctor is not always a fun thing. The need to strip down, be asked personal questions, being examined and possibly requiring procedures ... well, you get the idea. "The Overly Invasive Exam" is more ... thoughough: numerous personal questions/interrogations about the now naked patient's personal/sexual life is the start. Finding multiple medical problems which require "immediate attention" then follows. Every orifice with then be examined, probed, and have some medical instrument inserted (IV lines, enemas, vaginal speculum/ginger root, rectal plugs/ginger root; ear plugs; nose plugs or ball gags). For the finale, the patient now must present themselves to other doctors/residents for repeat examinations. (A walk around the dungeon is always good exercise.) Goals: The "doctors" will ask proper medical questions. After learning all they need/want to know, the doctor will then examine the "patient." Discovering multiple life threatening issues, the doctor will then insert medical and non-medical instruments into every orifice of the patient. Follow-up may include having other doctors examine the patient or having the patient present themselves to other doctors to explain their medical condition. Objectives: The doctors will learn: 1. proper medical questions to ask their patient. 2. how to examine various parts of the human body. 3. how to afely insert a variety of useful "diagnostic tools," and call upon colleagues for consults. Materials: A partner, ear plugs, nose plugs, ginger root x 2, enema, non-latex gloves. White medical coat optional.

	Rorie & Suzanne Master Rorie Rorie is a very dynamic and entertaining speaker whose presentations and workshops have been enthusiastically received by BDSM organizations throughout the Southeast. Known for his very thorough research and love of learning, he brings a uniquely practical and often humorous approach to lifestyle techniques and practices. His presentations include a broad array of topics ranging from Erotic Caning to Cuttings, and from Spirituality to Single-Tail Whips. Beginning with the essentials of human anatomy and basic safety, the course will cover the fundamental techniques of cuttings with surgical scalpels and penetrations with surgical staples and hypodermic needles. It will also address the creative side of blood play such a safe ways to finger paint with blood, how to decorate needles, and patterns and designs for enhancing the visual effect of cuttings, staples and needles.

	Lady Greene ~ LadyGreene has over 20 years as a Health Care Provider and the last dozen of those as a CPR/FA Instructor with an interest in wilderness medicine and all things outdoors. If she is smiling she is having a good time and yes, you should be concerned.	Class Descriptions Hirudotherapy (aka Leeches!) The use of leeches for medicinal purposes has been in use for thousands of years and has recently enjoyed a resurgence of popularity for a number of useful reasons. A demonstration of practical usage will be provided and there will be a limited availability for hands-on return demonstrations for those so inclined should it meet with their practice needs. Students will: (1) be able to discuss the historical use to present day applications of hirudotherapy (2) be able to correctly outline the proper care and use of medicinal leeches including their disposal Pre-requisites: a patient with significant bruising who requests the Student Practitioner's assistance or a patient with an unruly tongue (as determined by the Practitioner); and a Student Practitioner with steady hands and a matriarchal sense of duty. Basic items: container with correct number of medicinal leeches, implement with which to apply said leeches, small cup to catch engorged leeches, sharps container, bright lights, exam gloves, proper attire. Advanced items: restraints and more leeches.
	Sterile venipuncture (any-all genders)	Physical exam (for H.I.F.) such as a pre-employment physical (Humiliation, Intimidation, and Fun!) New applicants must be properly screened to ensure that the needs of the position are adequately served. Students will learn: (1) a basic head to toe system and how to illicit the usual and customary responses necessary to ensure the applicant will be able to meet the needs of the position so ardently sought. (2) how to design an appropriate tool that will cover the basic job position requirements for health and safety (3) when to recognize the need for and how to request a consult from a "specialist" should one be required. Pre-requisites: a patient with a desire for a dose of humiliation and intimidation, a Student Practitioner with a delightfully dreadful sense of humor Basic Items: fabric tape measure and/or ruler, clipboard, lube (cold, please), exam gloves (elbow length black preferred), tongue depressors, 18 gauge needles, cotton balls, very bright light, chux for the table, assorted tapes, proper attire. Advanced Items: vaginal speculum, anal speculum, otoscope, reflex hammer, etc.
